With over 15 years of experience, Natalie has spearheaded global marketing strategy and operations in Pharma, Devices, and Start-ups. Holding executive roles in Fertility and Oncology at Merck, and Corporate Strategy & Innovation at Organon, she has refined her expertise in pioneering pathways and processes for robust organizational and market expansion. Natalie's tenure at Organon and ExtendHealth involved diagnosing needs and evaluating over 300 digital therapeutic startups, showcasing her adeptness in fostering their development. Natalie is Founder & President of ExtendHealth Consultants INC.

Barbara Stegmann MD, PhD

R&D Expert

Physician scientist with over 20 years in clinical trial development within academia, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and industry. PhD in Epidemiology with an emphasis on clinical trial design and expertise in global late-stage clinical drug and device development gained as an executive director of R&D for Organon and Merck. Experienced in NDA/BLA filings, study design/protocol development, and lifecycle management, including a deep knowledge of SAMD requirements. Barb is Founder & President of Stegmann Physician PLLC.
